About Streak
Streak started with a simple question: why is it so hard to stick to a training routine?
Most of the time the answer isn't a lack of willpower or time. It's a lack of visibility over your own progress. When you can't clearly see how much you've already done, it's hard to feel proud of the road behind you — and even harder to find the motivation to keep going.
Streak exists to solve that. It's a workout tracking app built around consistency, community and visual progress. What matters here isn't the hardest session — it's showing up, logging it and building a streak you're proud to keep alive.
Our mission
To help people stay consistently active by using the power of visualisation, community and small daily wins to turn exercise into a real, lasting habit.
What we believe
Consistency above all
We believe showing up regularly beats any advanced protocol. An average workout done every week beats the perfect workout done once a month.
Visible progress
Seeing your own growth is one of the most powerful ways to stay motivated. That's why we prioritise clear views that show how much you've already built.
Social connection
Training with friends and following each other's progress creates natural accountability. You go further when you're not walking alone.
Simplicity that works
Complex tools create friction. Streak was designed to be quick to use, easy to understand and pleasant to open every day.
How Streak works
Streak is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — which means you can install it straight from your phone's browser, with no app store involved. It runs on iPhone and Android with the same smooth experience.
Once you create your account, you start logging your daily workouts. Every check-in shows up on your activity calendar, in your friends' feed and in the monthly ranking. Over time, you build a visual history of your commitment.
The social feed lets you see your friends' workouts, like their wins and share your own. The monthly ranking brings a light, motivating competition based on frequency — whoever trained the most days that month sits at the top.
